For visits within a 20km radius of the Sydney CBD
- A Home Visit by a Physiotherapist: $100
For visits beyond a 20km radius of the Sydney CBD, a travel surcharge will apply.
Subsidies
Clients with private health insurance may be eligible for partial reimbursement of treatment costs.
The Department of Veterans’ Affairs funds DVA Goldcard holders.
Medicare funds clients referred by their GP under the Enhanced Primary Care scheme.
Cancellation Fee
A 50% cancellation fee applies if a home visit is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Treatment Consent and Indemnity Form
All clients must sign a treatment consent and indemnity form prior commencement of treatment by Home Visit Physio.
